Return Policy
Should the need arise to return an item, return it in its original condition, postage paid, along with the original receipt within 30 days of purchase and we will replace it or refund your money based on your method of payment. Returns may be subject to a 15% re-stocking charge. If you return a purchase after receiving the wrong merchandise we will reimburse shipping charges.
*If you believe your merchandise is defective, your best course of action will be to call Carhartt's customer service line at 1-800-833-3118.
Exchange Policy
Return the item in its original condition, postage paid along with the original receipt within 30 days of purchase and we will exchange it for you and ship it back to you at no cost. Additional charges may be required depending on the cost of the item exchanged. Returns may be subject to a 15% re-stocking charge.
Low Price Guarantee: Show us where you found a lower price for new Carhartt clothes and we'll match it. This special does not apply to end of season sales, closeouts, factory seconds or discontinued items.

The following conditions apply:

Items may only be returned for refund within 30 days of purchase date. From 30-90 days after purchase, only an exchange or store credit will be available.

Shipping costs are not refundable.

The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs of returned items. We will pay the shipping to get it back to you.
- Refunds are given in the original form of payment.
- Items being returned/exchanged MUST HAVE labels and tags attached and MUST NOT BE washed, worn or damaged.
- America's Work Clothes reserves the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion.
***Buyer assumes all risk and liability with respect to results obtained by the use of such merchandise whether used alone or in a combination with other products. No claims of any kind whatsoever, whether based on breach of warranty, the alleged negligence of the seller, or otherwise, with respect to merchandise delivered or for failure to deliver any merchandise shall be greater in amount than the purchase price of the merchandise in respect of which damages are claimed. Failure of the buyer to give written notice claim within 30 days after delivery of merchandise shall constitute a waiver of buyer of all claims with respect to such merchandise.
